"Information is like compost; it does no good unless you spread it around."

Mental illness affects not only the individual, but also those who care for them, or care about them. This could be family or friends, but whatever the relationship it is important to feel support is available. Gathering of information can provide a greater insight and understanding and we can also learn by sharing our experiences with those who understand. Our meetings are open to all who care for, or care about, those living with a mental illness, or perhaps you care for yourself. All are welcome including those who work or volunteer in the mental health sector. We will often have a Guest Speaker on a variety of topics but will always allow time for friendly chat.
Our next meeting will be on Monday 3rd May 2.00pm to 4.00pm Maroochy Neighbourhood Centre 2 Fifth Avenue, Maroochydore, Qld (please enter via side gate near Reception)
RSVP is essential due to Social Distancing requirements Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or text Narelle on 0466 134 519
